Build Your Custom Package
Choose from an extensive catalog of items that can be custom branded with your company logo and message. Great for new hires, employee anniversaries, or even gifts for customers and clients. Minimum quantities for branded items apply.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
Pick your packaging.
Choose from a kraft mailer box or a custom printed mailer box. You can custom print on the outside only, or inside and out.
Next, you can add crinkle cut fill to firmly nestle your swag in place. You could also can add custom digitally printed tissue paper.
Lastly, don’t forget to send a note! A custom branded message is added to a 5in x 7in card insert.

Here Are Some Important Details
Timeline and Process
After speaking with a Wellbeing Manager to customize your care package, you will be sent a quote and a Statement of Work to approve within 3 days. Once both are approved, signed, and returned, your order is officially confirmed. Upon receipt of the approved quote and Statement of Work, payment will be immediately due. Please note that your order will not be fulfilled until payment is made.
Orders will take 5-7 weeks to fulfill. This timeline is subject to change if there are delays or extenuating circumstances in the supply chain.
Two weeks before your preferred in-hand date, you will need to send your Wellbeing Manager a list of addresses for all recipients.
Your Wellbeing Manager will let you know when all packages have shipped, and you will receive tracking information 2-3 days after this notice.
Finer Points
Package sizing and components may change based on the items selected for a pack. We reserve the right to update package sizing and add additional packaging components where necessary.
If your selected item is out of stock or no longer available, we will do our best to replace the item with a similar one of equal value and quality.
For an additional cost, you can store your packages at our fulfillment house. Additionally, for a nominal fee, you can add your own personal gift item. Please speak to a Wellbeing Manager for all the details.
Shipping
Shipping cost varies per package, depending on weight, standard or express shipping, and final destination (domestic vs international).
